Once orders are placed, they cannot be changed or cancelled.

Processing time: Orders are processed in 3-5 business days.
Shipping time: All orders are shipped with USPS.
USPS First Class Mail: 2-5 business days*
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days*

Self Defense Boutique is not responsible for any lost packages that are marked as "delivered". For any lost packages, please file a claim with USPS directly. Any questions can be emailed to support@selfdefenseboutique.com

Self Defense Boutique is not responsible for any customs fees for out of country orders.

There is a $5 re-shipment fee for any packages sent back to us because of an insufficient address.

 

Refund Policy

Self Defense Boutique does not offer any refunds or exchanges.

All items are ​FINAL SALE​. Any damaged or missing products must be reported within 5 days of the tracking number stating it was delivered along with photo evidence. If there are any problems with your order please contact us at support@selfdefenseboutique.com.
